Lux style award 2023 ceremony has recently been held in Expo Centre, Karachi. It was truly a black and white colour theme ceremony where many actors, actresses, models, fashion designers, directors, producers, sponsors, and musicians participated.
This year #LSA2023 was one of the worst award ceremonies ever where we can see injustice and nepotism. Not a single award was rewarded to the right person. Following were the winner of their categories

A slap for the actors and actresses that perform extraordinary in their dramas. They just got nominations but it looks like the winners are pre-decided. There were phenomenal performances such as Atif Aslam in Sang e Mah who absolutely nailed in its role and in the presence of such huge names in dramas he marked the eye catching performance. On the other hand Hamza played by Farhan Saeed in mere humsafar as a most caring and mature husband role grabbed the audience’s attention. Danish Taimoor in Kesi Teri Khudgharzi also performed really well but we can say his role was the same as old so it’s ok he was not awarded. Feroze Khan played his role in Habs really well.
The female actor nominations Hala in Mere Hamsafar and Hiba Bukhari were also good. No doubt Yumna was best but 2 awards for the same category to a single person is not fair. While in film categories there were no choices of “Legends of Moula Jutt” will be nominated in next year so Saba Qamar always performs best when it comes to its role, no one can compete with her when she is nominated.
Hence the least deserving Actor won the best actor in the drama industry and many actors who played their role best were not even nominated. Slap for the maker of LSA.
