One day, while walking to work, I noticed an elderly lady struggling with her grocery bags. She seemed tired and was having difficulty carrying them. I approached her and offered to help. She hesitated at first but then accepted my help. I carried her bags to her home, which was a few blocks away. Along the way, we chatted about her day and her family. She was very grateful and thanked me warmly when we reached her house. The simple act of helping her with her groceries brightened both of our days.
