A landowner was looking for a servant who could take care of his farm with dedication. He always complained to his servants that he could not find any decent servants.

Due to the strict conditions of the landowner, no servant was willing to work for the landowner. Once, when this landowner was desperately looking for a servant, a forced man arrived for work. The landowner asked him: Tell me about one of your qualities. The job seeker said: I sleep peacefully when it rains or there is a storm. The landowner did not understand what this man was saying, but due to the fear of the coming winter and the rainy and stormy season, he hired this barely available man.

Days passed and one night when it was raining heavily, the roofs of the houses were being blown away by the winds, and he wondered what was happening to his cattle, the landlord, worried about the insecurity of his assets, reached his farm. He saw that the servant was sleeping soundly, wrapped in a blanket. The landlord roared angrily and threw the blanket from the servant’s mouth and shook him out of his sleep, saying: What kind of human being are you? A rainstorm has wreaked havoc outside and you are sleeping soundly here.

The servant, not understanding anything, looked at the landlord with his half-closed eyes and said: But I had already told you that I sleep peacefully when it rains or when it storms. The landlord ran screaming and running towards his cattle enclosure so that he, as the owner, could do something to save his cattle. But he was shocked to see that all his chickens and birds were sitting carefully covered and safe in their respective cages, the halal animals were grazing peacefully and the horses were standing healthy and strong, safe from the cold. When the landlord saw all this, he went to the servant and said to him in an apologetic manner: Sleep, dear, sleep peacefully: because now I know who are those who can sleep peacefully in difficult situations, times of hardship and in rains and storms.

Summary:

When a person does his work well, he has already prepared for the coming worries, he can sleep safely from the worries of tomorrow. There is nothing else for this work, but for tomorrow, he has to work hard today so that he does not run around like a madman in the worries and rains and storms. When troubles surround him, he does not run to the servants, he is a grateful servant in every situation.
