Haram is forbidden. It is said that a king had been married for a long time, but the house was lacking a crown prince. A son was born, but with a congenital disability, that is, he was born with one ear. The king consulted his ministers that when this crown prince, who was born to take over the management of such a large empire, finds himself disabled like this, he will feel deprived. How can this defect be overcome? The ministers advised, “Your Majesty, this is not a problem. Announce that from today, one ear of every child born will be cut off. When all the prince’s relatives and the entire generation that will grow up before him have one ear, the prince will not feel any kind of deprivation in his heart. The order was enforced and implemented, and in the next ten years, a one-eared generation was seen in the kingdom and people became accustomed to this habit and imitation.
Once, a young man who had wandered from somewhere and wandered into this kingdom came to this kingdom. People were very surprised to see a boy with two ears, the children followed this strangely created young man and teased him by calling him a two-eared man. This young man also started to feel strange about himself, so that he would not remain a spectacle among these people, he cut off one of his ears.
A basic principle in jurisprudence is that: All people agreeing on a single matter does not make it permissible.
The entire nation of Sayyiduna Ibrahim (peace be upon him) was suffering from the disability of polytheism, and Ibrahim (peace be upon him) alone seemed very strange to them.
The entire nation of Prophet Lot (peace be upon him) was walking in the opposite direction of nature, only Lot (peace be upon him) seemed strange among them because he did not do things like them.
The entire nation of Prophet Shuaib (peace be upon him) was so involved in usury and theft that only Shuaib (peace be upon him) seemed very strange among them.
Therefore, gathering together for forbidden things cannot make it lawful… Stay on the right path, this is success…
