Don’t reserve your shoulder only for the funeral. Give this shoulder to someone alive so that they can cry on it and convince themselves that they also have a shoulder to rest their head on and lighten their grief.

To give a shoulder to the dead is not a big thing . But the one who gives a shoulder to the living is truly entitled to be called a human being.

‏اپنا کندھا صرف جنازے کو دینے کے لیے مخصوص نہ کریں کبھی یہ کندھا کسی کو جیتے جی بھی دیں کہ وہ اس پر سر رکھ کر رو سکے اور خود کو یہ باور کرا سکے کہ اس کے پاس بھی ایسا ایک کندھا ہے جس پر سر رکھ کر وہ اپنا غم ہلکا کر سکتا ہے مرے ہوؤں کو تو کوئی نہ کوئی کندھا دے ہی دیتا ہے زندہ لوگوں کو کندھا دینے والا ہی در حقیقت انسان کہلائے جانے کا حقدار ہیں.
