Write about a time when you didn’t take action but wish you had. What would you do differently? There was a time when I hesitated to speak up in a group discussion about a project idea. Later, I regretted not sharing my perspective, as it could have added value to the team’s brainstorming session. In the future, I would remind myself of the importance of contributing my ideas and not letting fear hold me back.
